GUHRRL ("GUHRRL," "we," "us") is a mobile app made by Sorvex LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use GUHRRL.
GUHRRL is intended for users age 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account. Users age 16–17 are treated as minors under this policy: their account data is handled under additional restrictions and is not included in any aggregate or commercial data use. Users 18 and older may be included in the broader data practices described below.
We use this information to operate and improve GUHRRL: to power conversations with your Bestie, personalize your experience, enforce free and paid plan limits, and understand how the app is used. For users 18 and older, we may also use de-identified, aggregated information about viewing opinions and preferences to better understand audience trends. As of this policy's date, we do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own advertising purposes. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide the disclosures required by law before doing so.
Accounts belonging to users age 16–17 receive the data necessary to operate the app and enforce these terms. That data is kept separate and is not included in any aggregated or commercial data use unless the law changes to permit it and we update this policy accordingly.
GUHRRL uses show artwork, descriptions, and cast information from TMDB (The Movie Database) to power the app. GUHRRL uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data except where we're required to keep it by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as GUHRRL develops. We'll update the date above when we do, and for material changes we'll provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-app message.
